Higher FHA Loan Limits

Higher FHA Loan Limits: Legislation was enacted this past October to increase FHA loan limits. The new limits range from $109,032 to $197,621, up from $86,317 to $170,362. The higher ceiling, which represents 87% of the conforming limit, will open the FHA market to regions previously excluded because of high-cost housing.
